I have pondered the much deeper question of identifying my values many times. I know that money is good for keeping score, but it doesn’t motivate me as much as enjoying my work. In personal and professional relationships, I prefer honest and direct communication instead of silent treatments and mind games.

I have flaws that need attention. Although I would like to be a man of my word, I sometimes fail to keep my promises, especially those I make to myself. I believe our word is our bond, and I never intend to break a promise. I want to be better and for my actions to match my beliefs.
